All members of the St. George’s community are invited to attend our traditional Remembrance Day Service taking place on Sunday, November 11th from 10:30 am – 11:30 am in Dixon Gym. Parents/Guardians are asked to contact Ms. Nancy Kudryk, if they have any concerns about accessibility for family members. Business attire is requested and donations to the Poppy Fund will be collected at the Service.

 

For our guests: There is no parking on campus. We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes prior to allow adequate time to find parking and seating. The Grade 8 program begins at 10:00 am in the Auditorium and Grade 8 parents have the option of joining their sons there. The Service in Dixon Gym begins at 10:30 am, precisely. All members of the St. George's community are welcome to the Reception in McLean Hall. Georgians are encouraged to attend the AGM and Georgian Games following the Service.

For our students: ALL Senior School boys are expected to be in attendance. Students should arrive at the School at 9:30 am. Attendance will be taken in their Advisor Group, donations to the Poppy Fund will be collected, and poppies distributed. Students unable to attend should inform their Head of Grade.

 

Boys will be dismissed immediately following the Service, but are welcome to remain for the Reception. All members of the St. George's community are welcome to the Reception in McLean Hall.
