St. George's School is committed to building a community of talented and engaged students from a wide range of backgrounds and grants over $1.8M annually in Financial Aid.

We know that choosing a school is a big decision, and many factors are involved in determining affordability for a family.

Financial Aid

The Financial Aid program reflects our commitment to make a St. George's School education and experience possible for all students. Financial Aid is available to eligible students in Grades 4 through 12 and awards are based on a family's financial need.

Financial Aid FAQ

List of 4 items.

  • Who is eligible?

All students in Grade 4–12 are eligible to apply for Financial Aid.
  • How are decisions made?

While AFS provides a financial analysis, it is only a recommendation to the School. The amount of aid awarded is determined by The St. George’s School Financial Aid Committee with consideration of the recommendation of AFS.
  • Is there a cost to apply?

No. St. George’s School assumes all costs associated with an AFS application.
  • Is financial aid merit-based?

No. Financial aid is needs-based and is provided on the basis of a family’s financial circumstances and is reviewed annually. The School does, however, offer a few select merit-based Entrance Scholarships, which are independent of demonstrated financial need.
