Swimming
What an incredible showing at the ISA Championships! Our Swim Team made a huge splash with some outstanding performances across the board. The JV Boys and Senior Boys both claimed Championship titles and finished as the second-highest-scoring teams overall — an amazing achievement! There were plenty of standout moments in the pool, including event victories from our Open Medley Relay Team and the “B” 4x50m Freestyle Relay, both taking first place. In the Junior Division, Neilan C ‘29. was unstoppable, earning three first-place finishes, while Hagan T. ‘29 brought home two, and Owen Z. ‘29, Darren P. ‘30, and Marcus L. ‘30 each captured one first-place finish. The Senior Division was equally dominant, with Matthew C. ‘28 earning three first-place finishes, and Preston S. ‘27 adding two. Aidan Z. ‘26 and Joshua O. ‘27 also powered through to take first place in their events. Special congratulations go to Neilan C. ‘29, who set a new ISA meet record in the 50m Backstroke with a blazing time of 31.13, and to Matthew C. ‘28, who not only broke an ISA record but also shattered a Saints Swim Team record in the Open 100m Individual Medley with an incredible 59.61! Congratulations to all the boys who competed — your hard work, dedication, and team spirit continue to make waves!

Cross Country
After a series of impressive performances in the league meets so far, our Cross Country Team is gearing up for the Zone Championships on October 22nd. The team has shown incredible dedication and steady improvement throughout the season, with each race bringing faster times and stronger finishes. With momentum on their side and their spirits high, they’re ready to give it their all on race day and chase down some outstanding results.

Volleyball
It’s an exciting week ahead on the court! The Junior Team heads to Moscrop on October 23rd for a highly anticipated tournament, where they’ll look to showcase their growing chemistry, strong serves, and relentless energy against some tough competition. Meanwhile, the Senior Squad will be bringing the heat at the Block Party Tournament on the same day — a fan-favourite event that always delivers incredible rallies and an electric atmosphere. Both teams have been putting in the work, and they’re ready to make a statement. Expect big plays, loud cheers, and plenty of school pride on display!

Rugby
It’s a huge week ahead for our Rugby Program! The Grade 8s will kick things off on October 20th as they host Tupper in what’s sure to be an action-packed matchup filled with grit, teamwork, and plenty of big tackles. Just a couple of days later, on October 22nd, the Grade 9s hit the road for the Vancouver Public 7s Tournament, where they’ll test their speed, skill, and endurance against some of the region’s toughest competition. To top it all off, we’re thrilled to welcome our visitors from the UK — Crossley Heath — who will be joining us from October 24th–26th for a series of friendly fixtures and cultural exchange. It promises to be a fantastic week of Rugby, camaraderie, and international spirit!
