St. George’s School is a world-class university preparatory school in Vancouver, BC, Canada, with an immersive urban Boarding Program designed to support every boy in discovering who he is and who he aspires to be.

We offer a Boarding and Day Program for Grades 8–12 where 100 boarding students from more than 20 countries share a diverse and challenging academic environment together with 700 local day students from Vancouver. Through enriched academic programs, extensive co-curricular activities and outdoor learning opportunities, students grow into their authentic selves, graduate prepared for university and ready to make a positive impact in tomorrow’s world.

Urban Boarding on Canada’s Spectacular West Coast

Vancouver is one of the safest and most multicultural cities in Canada, located conveniently on the country’s West Coast. It is consistently ranked as one of the top cities in the world to live. From here, students can experience a spectacular range of outdoor activities and weekend trips in the beautiful, surrounding natural environment.

Preparation for University and the World Beyond

Students are challenged and encouraged to explore their interests and pursue their academic dreams in our dynamic, interdisciplinary, and experiential learning programs. As they prepare for university, they are mentored and supported to develop the skills, readiness, and character of successful young adults.

Global Perspectives at Canada’s World School for Boys

In our boarding community, students from more than 20 countries around the world live and study together. World perspectives develop inside and outside the classroom amongst students with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences — broadening horizons, learning from others, and building respect and appreciation of difference.

Financial Aid

A St. George’s education is an investment in a student’s future. We are committed to building a community of passionate and motivated boarding students, independent of their family’s financial circumstances. Financial Aid is available to Grade 8–12 families who qualify and enables St. George’s to enroll the most mission-appropriate students, regardless of a family’s resources.

We encourage any family who is considering the School and curious about Financial Aid to reach out to us to discuss financial aid in more detail.
