2026-27 Academic Handbook

Senior School VEX Robotics Teams Advance To Provincials
This past weekend, the Senior School VEX Robotics Teams achieved excellent results, earning Tournament Championship Awards and qualifying for the Provincial Competition. VEX Robotics is the world’s largest competitive Robotics Program, with more than 20,000 teams from over 50 countries participating in engineering and design challenges each year. Congratulations to our students on this impressive achievement — this is a true testament to their dedication, teamwork, and talent.

U15 Varsity
The U15 Varsity Squad is headed to Calgary for the Edge Showcase! Best of luck to these boys as they look to put together four strong games against tough competition.

U15 Prep
The U15 Prep Team have a big stretch ahead as they gear up to play four games in five days.

February 12 | Saints vs. Star Academy: Kent Valley Ice Centre at 3:15 pm
February 13 | Saints vs. BWC Academy: Thunderbird Arena at 12:00 pm
February 15 | Saints vs. Yale: Summit Centre — East at 10:45 am
February 16 | Saints vs. STAR: Kent Valley Ice Centre at 1:30 pm
U17 Prep
After a narrow loss to Yale on February 7th, the boys will not play again until February 20th, using this time to train hard and prepare for a trio of games spanning from February 20th–February 22nd.
U18 Prep
The U18 Prep Squad has two big games coming up. They will host PCHA on Friday, February 13th, at
2:30 pm. They will then travel to Yale on Sunday, February 15th for a 1:15 pm puck drop. Best of luck, Boys!
Basketball
Varsity
Fresh off the Western Canada Championships, the Varsity Team returned home to host Senior Night on Tuesday, February 10th, taking on Notre Dame at 7:30 pm. Fans came out to support our Graduating players as we celebrated their years of dedication and hard work in the Saints Basketball Program.
2nd Varsity
With a brief window away from games and structured practices, our 2nd Varsity Team is using this time to reset and recover, as they prepare for the end of our Basketball season.
Junior
The Junior Team played Notre Dame on Tuesday, February 10th at 6:00 pm. Then on Thursday, February 12th, the Independent League Playoffs took place at home against a to-be-determined opponent at
6:30 pm.
Grade 9 (Juv.)
The Grade 9s played again on Tuesday, February 10th, against Notre Dame in Dixon Gym at 4:30 pm. They also competed on Thursday, February 12th in the Independent League Playoffs, with Saints listed as the home team against Notre Dame, the third-place team, at 3:30 pm.
Grade 8
The Bantam A Team will compete at home on Tuesday, February 10th, against Notre Dame in Dixon Gym at 3:00 pm. The Bantam B Team is currently in a rest period, with no games scheduled as they focus on training and refining their skills.
Rowing
Our Rowing Team continues to put in dedicated training as they gear up for the third term and future regattas. Early mornings and hard workouts are helping the crew build strength and cohesion as they prepare for an exciting spring season on the water with Mr. Will Crothers, our new Head of Rowing.
Curling
The Saints Curling Team is gearing up for Provincials in Chilliwack. The team continues to work on technique and communication with Coach Chapman, building momentum as they look forward to testing themselves against the top teams in the province.
