After graduating from St George's, I studied Health Sciences and Music in Hamilton, Ontario at McMaster University. At Mac, I played Varsity Men's Rugby and acted as Principal Clarinet for the McMaster Chamber Orchestra. After my undergraduate education, I attended the University of Toronto for my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated in 2014. I then completed my General Practice Residency at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta, treating medically compromised patients in an ambulatory and operating room setting. During my hospital dentistry residency, I gained experience in managing oral and maxillofacial trauma, head and neck cancer patients, odontogenic infections, and paediatric and adult special needs patients requiring extensive dental treatment. I currently work as a general dentist in private practice in Vancouver, BC, and am also affiliated with the University of British Columbia Faculty of Dentistry. At UBC, I am a staff dentist with the Geriatric Dentistry Program and a part time clinical instructor.

I am sincerely interested in being a mentor to a St. George's student because of my phenomenal experience as a student at the school. My years at St. George's were very formative and many of the friendships and relationships I developed then are still strong now. I hope to provide mentorship to a student interested in a career in healthcare.
