2018 Poetry in Voice National Winner

The field of competitors was vast. This year, more than 1,300 Canadian schools registered for the Poetry in Voice program and well over 10,000 students learned a poem by heart. Students in Grades 8-12 were asked to attend presentations they were passionate about - unless they wanted to present something themselves (and over 45 students did!). This was unfiltered, organic learning. It was intellectually stimulating, conversation starting, and an incredible amount of fun.
