Andrew is responsible for asset management, fund management, finance, acquisitions and dispositions. Andrew has over a decade of real estate experience during which he has been involved in the acquisition and asset management of over $3 billion worth of real estate in North America and Europe. Prior to HP, Andrew worked in real estate private equity specializing in acquisitions and asset management at Deutsche Bank RREEF in London and at The City Investment Fund, a Morgan Stanley co-sponsored fund, in New York City. He has also worked at Goldman Sachs in London, Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. in Hong Kong and KPMG’s real estate group in Vancouver.
Andrew is Chair of The Salvation Army Vancouver Harbour Light Community Council, and was named to Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 Under 40. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen’s University and a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Andrew is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder, a Chartered Accountant in Canada and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.
I chose to be a mentor because there were people that provided useful guidance to me over the years and I believe that mentorship is an important part of helping someone find their path in life.
