    Interviews can be conducted overseas for Grades 6 - 12 only; Grades 1 - 5 testing and interviews must be held at St. George's School only.

Application Deadlines

Regular Decision Application Deadline for Boarding: February 1, 2019

Application deadline for Boarding Students has now passed for the 2018/19 school year. Late applications will be considered at select grade levels. Please contact admissions@stgeorges.bc.ca or (604) 221-3915 to inquire about your son's grade level.

The online application for the 2019/2020 school year will become available in September 2018.

Application Deadline for Grades 1-3: November 1, 2018
Application Deadline for Grades 4-12: December 3, 2018.

The deadline for applications for the 2018/19 school year has passed. Late applications may be considered depending on the grade level. Please contact our admissions office to inquire about your son's specific grade level before completing an online application:
 
 

Application Fees

  • The application fee for ALL applicants is $25.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Two years of report cards AND any current reports

Uploaded as a pdf to the application (preferred) or may be emailed to Admissions.

2. Student Video

The student must submit a a 45-second video via Dropbox or Baidu. Video topics will be updated by September 2018.

Please submit a link to your video (must be in .MP4 or .MOV format) to either junioradmissions@stgeorges.bc.ca or senioradmissions@stgeorges.bc.ca with the following naming sequence:

StudentFirstName.StudentLastName.GradeApplyingFor  (i.e) John.Smith.8

3. One Character Reference

To be completed by a non-family adult who has a connection with your child in a meaningful capacity. First choice should be a classroom teacher (current or previous); second choice would be a coach, youth group director, Scout leader, or someone who interacts with your child in a social setting. We prefer not to receive references from one-to-one tutors. 

The Character Reference Form must be sent to the Admissions Office directly from the reference by mail or email.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ADDITIONAL LETTERS BEYOND THIS ONE.

Testing Dates

Alternative testing is available in select areas that don't offer the SSAT or for students who are late in applying. Additional fees ($350 USD) may apply for this service.

Interview Dates

As soon as we receive your online application! (Please do not delay submitting your application even if your other documents/video are not ready). Interviews will take place from mid-September to January (Day Students) and mid-September to April (Boarding Students).

Skype interviews are available only if we are unable to visit your country.
