Grade 6

Trip Overview

The Grade 6 outdoor education program includes two events over the course of the year. In October, students travel to Evans Lake, near Squamish. Here they take part in a variety of camp activities, including canoeing, paddle boarding, geocaching, low ropes, rock climbing, and team challenges. In January, students participate in a day of snowshoeing with their class on Mount Seymour. Students learn about winter travel, build snow forts and cook lunch outdoors.
