Each student at St. George's School is assigned a staff member to be their advisor for the duration of their time at the school. Boarding students will be assigned to one of the House Parents who work in the Residential Life Program. Each House Parent is the person most directly responsible for each boy in their own care. Consequently it is the House Parent who addresses parental concerns about any aspect of the boarding program, and who provides the direct daily support of each boy.
The Director of Residential Life is responsible for the daily operations of Harker Hall. He works with the House Parent team on each floor to ensure that the needs of students are appropriately met. Any concerns that students or parents have that cannot be addressed by the House Parents should be directed to the Director of Residential Life.
The Harker Hall community is extremely busy and we believe that an involvement in a wide array of activities serves to enhance each student's residential life experience. The staff of Harker Hall is a dedicated group of professionals who strive to achieve the goal of involved, challenged, and cared-for students. They provide support, encouragement, and guidance in an environment that is welcoming for all.
